What is considered a replacement system?

A replacement system is removing the current system and replacing it with a new system that is equivalent in size and in the same location. For example, a 3 ton system located in the basement, will be replaced with a new 3 ton system located in the basement.

What is considered an additional system?

An additional system is installing equipment in a new location. For example, adding a mini-split system to a sun room, or adding an additional system to your home while keeping the original system.

Where are systems usually located?

Most AC systems are usually located in the basement, attic, a closet, or a garage. It is ideal to place the system where it is easily accessible but not in the way.

What if I don’t see my desired unit location on the list?

If you would like to replace your unit and move it to a location that is different than it’s current location, or to a location that is not listed, please contact us to schedule a site visit by clicking here.

I have a gas furnace and would like to add a heat pump to my gas furnace, is this possible?

We do offer this, however if it is not currently a dual fuel system, we will need to perform a site visit to provide an accurate price for the installation.

I have an oil furnace and would like to replace it with a heat pump?
